Eco Therapy Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter Programs
Our form of Eco Therapy focuses on self-discovery and building self-esteem by talking and walking or sitting with your therapist and connecting, in beautiful green landscaped areas locally.
This will include walking at your own pace outdoors and sitting at convenient safe spaces with a therapist or in a group. Our Eco Therapy Program is all about finding relief and reducing symptoms. It's also a treatment free of side effects and is cost-effective for our national mental health budget.
Eco Therapy helps with restoring balance in our natural environment, connecting with our home and planet Earth, and organically building empathetic relationships in green spaces or outdoors.
Healing with nature has been around since 1959 in the USA. A further movement developed Eco Psychology, as a socio-economics background since the 1990s, that is, creating greener neighbourhoods and more harmony with the natural world. This can be achieved by combining a green approach to a client’s wellness with an Eco Therapy Program; a greener holistic process.
